For that reason, all operations done on the website are made with VAT excluded. So, don't be surprised to not find VAT on your invoices (available anytime in the "My Credits" tab of your personal space).

The wire transfer purchase is only possible for a minimum amount of 300 crédits (£180,00) and you must send us an order.

Before sending your order, please verify your profile to make sure:

• that the account has been created in the name of the company
• that the email registered is a professional email
• that the adress of the company has been registered
• that you have confirmed your account (link in the confirmation mail)

When all is correct, you can send us your order by mail (firm@fotolia.com).

Don't forget to indicate in your order your Login and the number of credits you wish (minimum 300 credits)

As soon as we receive your order we will add credits on your Fotolia account and you will receive a confirmation email for this operation. In this email, you will find our bank information and a link to your invoice (available in the "My Credits" tab in your personal space).

You will have 30 days (for companies) or 45 days (for administrations) to send us your payment.

For companies which would like to have a main account for payments (art buyer) and several account for downloads (designers), Fotolia introduce you the Sub Account System.

This useful tool allows you to use only one account for your credits purchases (main account). Next, you can transfer those credits to your designers accounts (sub accounts) according to their needs.

Of course, You will have an access to a control panel which will allow you to follow operation made by your designers and to control all images purchased.

This is a useful solution for big companies with a centralized purchase system.
